Whether this is your first therapy experience, you are a seasoned ‘therapy goer’, someone made you go, or you are just curious, therapy is for everyone. Some people know exactly what they want to work on and others discover things along the way.
What should I expect?
Our first session together starts with brief introductions, discussing legal considerations regarding therapy, and exploring the reasons why therapy was sought out and any specific challenges you're facing. This will lead to a treatment plan for sessions moving forward.
Who would be considered a good fit?
Those who are open to embark on a journey and are looking for support. I believe that it is in our nature to have already tried the easy or quick fixes and sometimes we just don't know what will be helpful until talking things through. Also, journeys can be challenging, yet you’ll never regret getting started.
