-
Client Demographics
My current work is with adults, age 18+. You must reside in either CA or WI. I do not offer couples or family therapy at this time.
-
Sliding Scale Fee
Therapy should be accessible to everyone. If you have financial hardship concerns please contact me. I have limited sliding scale spots and can place you on the waitlist if I am currently full.
-
How long will this take?
It depends. It’s possible to see changes in as little as 3 weeks. Most see persistent change in about 6 months to a year. Some decide to continue therapy long after. One thing to consider when answering this question is to think about how long a concern has been impacting your life.

Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. Many of my clients are still able to use their benefits, and I’ll support you in the process. Since every plan is different, I encourage you to call your insurance company and ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage. On average, insurance may cover anywhere from 50-80% of session costs. I’m happy to guide you in this process so it feels straightforward.
-
Rates
My private pay fee for an individual session is $200. Sessions are 53 minutes long.
-
Virtual or In Person
Currently, I do not offer in person sessions, therefore all sessions are virtual via a HIPPA compliant platform.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to know what your care will cost upfront. As part of the No Surprises Act, I provide every client with a Good Faith Estimate, which outlines the expected fees for therapy. This way, you’ll always have clarity around costs, and there won’t be any financial surprises. This estimate is not a contract. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and informed about both the therapeutic process and the investment in your care.
